STATEMENT
The ANP (National Association of Journalists) - Affiliate Moquegua, makes the public aware of the following: First .-
unreasonably, on Thursday 28 of this month, midway through the afternoon, a group of 15 people headed by the President of FEDIP (Alex Ocampo Sosa) and the Chairman of the Board of Users of Moquegua (Juan RodrÃguez Linares) assaulted and physically and verbally abused by colleagues and peers Ronny Coayla Andrew Flower, Director of News The Midday Express Radio Studio 97, inside the cabin of Radio, preventing the broadcast of the news as usual on the pretext that they are interviewed
Second .- In addition to the assault on teammate Ronny Coayla Andrew Flower, also attacked the colleague Rolando Zamalloa Velasquez, and the owner of the Issuer Mr Fernando Rodriguez Alayza, even threatened, to "burn" Radio station Studio 97, as in Cocachacra with another radio station.
Third .- The unionized journalists to the National Association of Journalists of Peru Moquegua Base, we express our condemnation and outright rejection of these acts of vandalism that are typical of thugs who try to impose their ideas and political positions with violence and pure partisan coup , and express our full and complete solidarity with our colleagues attacked
Fourth .- In a democratic system where the rule of law prevails in the fullness of individual liberties, we can not accept those who seek to impose with violence, made of his not receive the sanction of society, ideas be fought with ideas and not so wild and irrational. Five .-

PENALTY FOR PERSONS ACT OF BEING
