network neutrality, in short, is that regardless of internet access provider that we hired (the ISP video) can access any address or Internet application (of any country, company or person) under the same conditions and without restrictions. Unfortunately some providers are considering the possibility of limiting access (or the speed of browsing or downloading) to certain services in their opinion (or according to your interests) limiting the freedom of the customer / user.
